🍿 Be our Restaurant Manager – Join Pincho Nation in Bremen! 

Pincho Nation is one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the Nordics, with 86 restaurants today. We combine international cuisine in tapas-sized portions with an app-based ordering and payment system and a unique, playful atmosphere. This winter, we are opening our second German location – right in the heart of Bremen at Martinistraße 58. Spread across two floors and a total of 525 m², the restaurant will offer around 160 indoor seats, 20 additional seats outside, and a full bar in Pincho Nation’s colorful signature style.

After the successful launch in Kiel earlier this year, Bremen marks the next step in our German expansion. With its vibrant food culture, student life, and diverse community, Bremen is a perfect match for Pincho Nation. And with you on board, we want to bring even more color, energy, and joy to the city. We are now preparing to open in Bremen this winter, and we can’t wait to welcome our first guests. 

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will lead the way in creating an excellent guest and employee experience, while ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth. You will report directly to the Area Manager Germany, who is also responsible for Pincho Nation in Kiel. Together you will ensure a smooth opening and long-term success of the Bremen restaurant, while staying aligned with Pincho Nation’s overall concept and growth journey.

Your role – Leadership, operations & growth
As Restaurant Manager, you will:

- Lead, recruit, and develop your team, creating a positive and engaging workplace.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and a fun, memorable experience for every visitor.
- Oversee day-to-day operations: planning, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with safety and legal standards.
- Own the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets.
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Who you are
- Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of the German restaurant market and culture.
- Passion for operations, structure, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and develops teams.
- Organized, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.

Recruitment process
We are looking for you to start as soon as possible to begin onboarding and actively contribute to the setup of the restaurant. Training will partly take place at our first German restaurant in Kiel and potentially also at Pincho Nation’s head office in Sweden.

Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline on September 21, 2025. All interviews for the restaurant’s positions will be held on-site in Bremen on October 6–8, 2025, led by our Area Manager.
