Create, Lead, and Inspire as our Head Chef 🌟

As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that Pincho Nation’s concept is implemented in the kitchen. You’ll lead the setup of kitchen operations, manage the rollout of new dishes, oversee product flow and implement self-control measures. Your leadership will be critical in setting the tone for our kitchen team, and your commitment will be a cornerstone in building the restaurant's foundation and driving the chain’s future growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the restaurant manager to ensure a smooth launch and play a key role in establishing the restaurant’s success.

• Hold a relevant education and bring years of professional experience

• Confidently lead as Head Chef: 
  You are skilled in managing a kitchen team and overseeing daily operations, with the confidence and expertise to ensure that all aspects of the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently.

• Detail-oriented and organized:
  Precision and structure are key elements in your work. You ensure every dish is executed flawlessly, and you maintain a well-organized kitchen that runs efficiently under your leadership.

• Self-driven with initiative and thrive in a high-energy environment:
  You take initiative and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced setting. Your natural drive pushes you to always seek improvement and lead by example.

• Preferable - experienced in working with established restaurant concepts:
  You have an understanding of working within established concepts, ensuring consistency while also adding your personal touch to enhance the guest experience.
  

• Basic knowledge in english
