Deine Rolle
Als Restaurant Manager findet ein großer Teil deiner Arbeit direkt im Service statt – mit einem guten Überblick und besonderem Fokus auf unsere Gäste. Sichtbare Führung ist ein wichtiger Teil unserer Unternehmenskultur.

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Kitchen Manager und Bar Manager zusammen und sorgst für eine gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen Stationen. Außerdem übernimmst du Verantwortung für die tägliche Mitarbeiterführung, Dienstplanung, Budgetkontrolle sowie weitere organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben.

Unsere Mitarbeiter sind der wichtigste Teil unseres täglichen Erfolgs – deshalb suchen wir eine Führungskraft, die sowohl Struktur als auch Motivation ins Team bringt.

Wir sind ein lebendiges und oft sehr gut besuchtes Restaurant. Deshalb solltest du gerne in einem Umfeld arbeiten, das Energie, Tempo und Teamwork verlangt.

Your role
As Restaurant Manager, a large part of your work will take place directly on the floor during service, with a strong overview and special focus on our guests. Visible leadership is an important part of our culture.

You’ll work closely with our Kitchen Manager and Bar Manager to ensure strong cooperation across all stations. You’ll also be responsible for daily staff management, scheduling, budget control, and various operational and administrative tasks.
