We are looking for an Area Manager to take operational and financial responsibility for our company-owned restaurants in Northern Germany. In this role you will lead our restaurants in Kiel and Bremen, with Lübeck coming in 2026/2027, and play a central role in building successful restaurants with satisfied guests and engaged employees.

Job Description
You will lead, coach, and develop your Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure that every restaurant delivers a consistent, high-quality guest experience in line with Pincho Nation’s brand and standards. You will work closely with headquarters in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, coaching, and hands-on support to the Restaurant Managers in Kiel and Bremen, ensuring high standards of service, guest experience, and profitability.

• Be part of the opening of Lübeck in close collaboration with headquarters in Sweden.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Restaurant Managers, motivating and inspiring them to continuously develop themselves and their restaurants.

• Recruit and onboard Restaurant Managers and other key roles.

• Ensure correct implementation of Pincho Nation’s operational standards, guidelines, and policies.

• Analyze sales performance, financial results, and key operational metrics and take timely action to address deviations.

• Monitor costs, revenues, and budgets for each restaurant, driving profitability development.

• Conduct regular on-site visits, prioritizing support based on each restaurant’s needs and focus areas.

• Follow up on self-monitoring routines to ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and German regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with German labour law and health and safety regulations and support managers in performance management and disciplinary procedures when necessary.

• Compile operational insights and performance data for regular reporting to the COO.
  
  Requirements

• Proven experience from the gastro/hospitality industry (restaurants, café, hotels).

• Background from a restaurant chain or branded hospitality concept is strongly preferred, we are looking for someone who understands the dynamics of working within a structured, scalable restaurant brand.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and support Restaurant Managers.

• Solid understanding of the German regulatory and compliance environment.

• Good communication skills in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel within Northern Germany and occasionally to Sweden.

• A passion for growth and building something lasting.
